  • What? i would love to spend my weekend on that beautiful bird!

  • What is the rate of flame propagation in a composite plastic airframe as compared to one that's built out of aluminum???

  • oh please boeing, I want to fly in this new airplane, please please allow me to be a bu on the wall, preferably the cockpot!! I am very enterested in the 737,747,757, 767, 777,787.......I am ready to be picked up at PWM!!

  • I seriously can't wait to fly the 787 to London in the future

  • @SCHRUBBE1966 Are you retarded? The 787 is less expensive then was expected. 75% of it is still made in the U.S.A. Since when has being quieter, more fuel efficient, and having a better ride quality a bad thing? Sliced toast? A ll toast is sliced, stupid! Last but not least, carbon composites are lighter, stronger, and safer than aluminum used on modern aircraft.

  • overpriced, over outsourced and behind planninbg. To much tech. look at the loosers flying on it on this video. Expendable emplyoyees. They will say it is the best thing since sliced toast until one crashes due to it's carbon material. Like when a wing snaps off one.

  • @SCHRUBBE1966

    Fool!

  • //*/

  • This wouldn't haven't been built without the stiff competition from Airbus. Competitiveness in business is what drives innovation in cost reduction and technology. If you don't believe just look what cost ineffective monster NASA has become and what privatization of that public nightmare could achieve. Nice job Boeing!!! I eagerly await Airbus to pick up the glove and outdo Boeing which then will drive Boeing too,,, and the consumer and the world win !!!

  • @Mrscoobycoco AirBus is Euro-trash.

  • @andreestes99 They're both great companies

  • @aspiringdrummer17 100% true!

  • @andreestes99 then what would you say about Embraer?

  • When this is gonna be used? Anyone know?

  • Cant wait to fly in one! :)

  • @GamerX7800X Neither can I!!!

  • @yvt773 Based on a recent report in the "Economist" and summaried in Bloomberg Businessweek, the 787 will have difficulties making any profits on the first 1000+ units. Heavy sales discounting between 2004-06 meant many airframes were sold for as little as $65M. Taking into account program development costs, inventory loss/depreciation, compensation claims for late delivery and loss of business (reported to be some $5Bln) the report paints an uncertain picture over the projects profitability

  • Wow!!!!! Nice!!!!! Do not wait to

  • I'm sorry , but what is special about this new plane ??

I'm trying to fin da feature video

like is it super fast ??

    or super fancy

  • @imak1992 Economy of operation and ease of maintenance.

  • 0:10 NEVER SIT IN THE CUSTOMERS SEATS!! AHHH!!!

  • A thing of beauty!!

  • Building a complex machine like an airplane is one of the most difficult jobs on the planet!

  • @Geek198155 But it's so fun! :)

  • What if there is no electricity?

    as we've seen on a a330 !

And no for me A and B are both amazing companie's

  • Is there such a word as 'tenaciousness'? What's wrong with 'tenacity'?

  • @pullformore

Yeah, I noticed that too but I was more worried about the aircraft having only two engines.

  • 2 people are airbus pilots

  • awesome aircraft!

  • I'm more into the larger airplanes...but this little guy strikes my interests. Yeah...it's that good

  • @omhyr21 The 787 ain't no pipsqueak! Heck, the 737 isn't even considered small. =O

  • @omhyr21 Considering the 787 is a direct replacement for the 767, there's nothing that's really "little" about it. Anything with a max takeoff weight of more than 500000 lbs is big-time by definition. :)

  • Man, that is one beautiful aircraft. Boeing does it again.

  • @pilotwave It is indeed beautiful. Nobody does it like Boeing, and we should be proud to call them our own. Good job team-!

  • Wow amazing that's what I wanna fly which companies are buying some I'm transferring

  • This plane is definitely gonna hold a monopoly share in the airline business. Like when the 747 debuted 40 yrs ago... people will stand in aww... at its beauty and elegance...go get em 787

  • 1 dislikes??? he must be a f*** crow getting jealous of this beauty!

  • i think 777-300ER is better

  • Just one word: wingflex.

  • @jorgen1990 More like wingsex!

  • if the 787 could cook, I'd marry it.

  • @femanvate You can bake food off of the GEnx's exhaust pipes, I already married it.

  • Yahoooooo!! Can't wait for United/Continental to receive theirs!! Gotta ride on that plane!

  • It was an blast working on the 787! I will miss it and Glad she is fliyin High!!! Sure is a beautiful 41 Section !! Way to go Spirit Wichita!!!

  • they should have performed a barrel roll. if it can successfully do that, it can do anything, just like the 707

  • Good things happen to those who wait.

Congratulations to Boeing and those who will operate this work of art!

  • Will go untouched!

  • This will open so many new markets for airlines who never thought of venturing to new places, no corner of the world wil

  • Graceful wings.

  • hope to fly in it one of these days

  • Superb!

  • This is without any doubt the most beautiful airliner ..

  • Really I want to fly this beautiful bird

    Good luck

  • Amazing!

  • Congratulations a job well done. In spite of the delays it will be worth it. Can't wait to board her.
