@thelastwish ...you should transcribe it instead. it will make you a better guitar player. i'm transcribing it right now. i might post a response to this video after i'm done..... its a very time consuming process, but it can be done. use your ears, you'll be amazed at what you hear.

Have you tried to plug your guitar in an electric amp?

My father has a gibson Chet Atkins CE nylon (unfortunately not a Kirk Sand) and we tried it through several amps (acoustic: marshall, roland, aer, fender; and electric: marshall, orange and fender). The best result (and the closest to Chet's tone) we got was plugged into a fender deluxe reverb . It gave more depth, sustain, definition and dynamics to the sound while remaining a nylon type of sound.
