  • sometimes, i finely grate lemon and lime zest and add it to the sugar or salt. try it! and if its a little bit juicy, just pat it dry with a paper towel before adding it to the sugar/salt

  • I love a good cocktail. In fact every 2-3 weekends I have a get together where my friends and I have a blast trying out new cocktails or trying to improve on what we'd made the weekend before. Not every cocktail is a success story, but the fun is in the experiment. What we have yet to try is rimming our glasses. I have a pretty good understanding of how to do so, but what I REALLY want to know is, how do you know which drinks to rim with salt and which to rim with sugar?
