Ah... Alf Leyla was sung by Om Kalsoum, and is not really a drum solo. There are many versions of the music. This particular version I found on the album "Jalilah's Raks Sharki 3: Journey of the Gipsy Dancer", at around 3:45. Hope that helps :)
