I accidently removed your comment, I meant to hit reply. Anyway that's probably the difference between NHL and other levels. I would guess about 1/5th of every game out there is a fight that

has the purpose of inspiring teammates or fans.

Every single Penguin interviewed said that the fight sparked the comeback, there must be something to it.
