Thank you for this almost forgotten jewel....

  • really???? if i would LOVE also if you would post more of the lalala human steps stuff and if you have "dream dance", that would be lovely too, thats my favorite dance duet

  • Hello, do you know the name of this track by Asha? Many thanks if you can help.

  • Thank you so much, postingoldtapes, for submitting this video! Every couple of years or so I will ask one friend or another, "Hey, did you ever see this one TV show years ago called 'Mondo Beyondo'... it was hosted by Bette Midler... and there was this one really interesting music/dance video..." I was always hoping to find someone else who would remember seeing it. I'm so happy to see it again!

  • The male who speaks during the song is Edouard Lock, the choreographer of LaLala Human Steps. :-)

  • actual;ly its pandit dinesh - the table player (I write the words!)

  • sorry I mean tabla player - and I wrote the words (was a memeber of the band...)

  • The name of this song is "My Shooting Star" and it's on West India Company's amazing album New Demons. The singer is the phenomenal Indian singer Asha Bhosle, who's made about a thousand records (only slightly exaggerating) and is famous for her work in Bollywood films. I LOVE THIS!

  • Thank YOU! Your response has made this all worth it.

  • I have been looking for this for years!!!! You cannot imagine how happy you made someone today. Bless you!
