The same thing is happening in the NBA with the players not being able to clap thier hands during a game. They can't take emotion out of basketball, the same applys to hits in the NFL.

@bball2night Well the new NBA rule I agree wit because, alot of players do cry to much. I mean some players think that they never foul. But, sometimes NFL players can't stop themselves from making a big hit or hard hit cause that is their job to go out there to make BIG plays to help their team win.

I don't disagree with most of what you all said. I played Free Safety, and WAITED for people to be slipping across the middle. Damn right I tried to put that ass out of the game. lol. But honestly, there is a difference between all 3 hits. The Dante's hit was unavoidable. The understand that. Harrison could have pulled up a little, but I let him slide. Meriwheather's hit is the shit I can't deal with. They should have suspended his ass for half the season.

@jaieazy Not because of the head to head, but because there was not reason at all for him to hit Heap. The ball was gone, Heap CLEARLY didn't catch the ball, and still he Teed off on him with the TOP of his head. Not even face mask. I don't know about ya'll, but if he had pulled that shit against my high school, someone would have fought. That's just real.

@DooDooBrownSportsTV You damn real they taught me to hit hard. But at the same time, I always though about how I hit to protect #1. Fuck the other players lol. Shit, dude was making to many catches in flag football last year, and I lit his ass up to shut him up. But yeah, you have to hit, and I have no problem with Harrison and Dante like I said. Meriweather was a blatant cheap shot though. But yeah. Hit em hard. Hit em often. That's what coach said.  Go hard or go home lol.

Good video.They talked about it on ESPN also.The natural reaction to anything thats percieved as a threat in any walks of life is to cover up and be defensive.You get tall WR Shrunk to the size of a shorter line backer or CB When a hit or tackle is coming.It will never change and football needs to see that.

The suspendsions takes away the things we love about the game its competitiveness and like you said all the turnovers. lol that is how you get turnovers hit hard not to hurt but to stop them.

@DooDooBrownSportsTV It's ok.Another time.But yeah back in the day hard hits were what it was about.Now there trying to make it like Flag football.Hopefully at some point they will get it.I like the comment about Goodell getting hit and see how he likes it.lol
