Hi Blondy Jo, I would like to know how you have gone in P3 and P4 maintaining. Have you incoroperate a regular exercise routine to help maintain? this is my biggest concern, I know I'll lost the weight, but once I've lost it I don't wanna regain it, so I just want a little reassurance that it can be done without having to make complete sacrifices all the time. help on iam on day 22 and I have to have a hysterectomy in 5 days. Got the news late Friday so have not had a chance to talk to the doctors. Dont know if I should stop for a few days and resume once recovered. Question is if I do not do the shot this morning do I only eat 500 calories for three days before i can increase to 1200 or can i start having 1200 today so i have enough energy for the surgery. I dont know what to do??? Any insight?? I really do love this diet and dnt wnt to mess this

WOW...you look great! I've noticed that everyone looks younger than when they started the protocol too. I just ordered my hCG and am excited to begin a 43 day round. I'm wondering if its really necessary to stop all injections when TOM comes to visit. Also, do you inject 125 iu per day? Or closer to Trudeau's recommendation of 200?

@miranda4815 Hi there, you do not have to stop all injections when tom comes, the reason for stopping is that your period may be heavier if you continue injections. I did injections through tom with no problems. I inject 200iu a day.

My question is in the P2, after your done with the 43 days, but I know you did 50 I think you said, how long did you wait in phase 3 to re start the 2nd P2. I am at 195 today and would like to be down to 145. I think its going to take me 2 rounds.

And how do I sterilize my amber jar? Do I really need to forgo deodorant, Tpaste, etc? And after the first round of HCG how long do I stay on the no sugar/starch B4 I can start HCG again? @Karola6499 Everyone looses differently, good for her 12lbs weight loss, some could be water at first too...if you can't loose 10-15lbs on your own, you should try one 25 day round, and you will loose that amount...once your body looses it's fat, hcg will stop working for you, and you won't loose anymore.
