I was looking forward to an SSX game that was slightly more realistic than all the others, maybe incorporating actual events in the ski/snowboard world. But of course, we are watching a video of somebody riding down Mount Kilimanjaro. And why there is no skiing in this game is beyond me. Way to go SSX

Spoken by a kid that clearly doesn't leave his house. If they wanted to expand their franchise to other consumers, adding another sport would be the right thing to do. I don't expect you to understand that though. Although video games where meant to "simulate what you can't do..." having some more realistic features to the game would be preferred. @alexr178 Lol, actually I do leave my house. I don't consider skiing as a completely different sport. Besides, skiing has been tried in previous SSX titles and they've never gone down well. The definition of SSX is Snowboard Supercross. If you really want a more realistic type of game, then go play something more realistic instead of making yourself look a little bit stupid. One thing I hope they do is make the AI's DIFFICULT. As in, Very Difficult. That seemed to be a problem for many previous games: the AI's are too easy to beat. No challenge. *Wink*

SSX is probably my favourite franchise! The 3rd installment was a solid game with lots of customisation, an obscene number of unlockables and a terrific experience which still brings back memories and reminds me of why i got into gaming. However it worries me that with the recent trend of DLC, the incredible amount of content which was a staple of the series will be restricted. Paying to get new board designs or alternative character skins is not something i want to see happen in this game.

looks great -- my one suggestion would be to remove the speed blur effect. they did that w/ ssx on tour and you really miss a lot of the natural atmosphere of the course when you blur it all out.
