White people always have this misconception that "ghetto" Black people are dumb or uneducated when in fact they choose to speak that way, it's no different than being Mexican or Arabic and talking to your people in your dialect, when they go to an interview they talk just as proper as anyone else. I completely agree. I don't understand why some people seem to think that people who live in the inner don't lack a certain mental capacity. If those same people grew up in a better environment then they would speak better English. It's not like genetically prone to speak bad English. If they grew up in a rough environment with a poor education, what the hell do you expect?
