Si, todo lo compuse yo.

La guitarra este modelo, no se conecta como la tipica fender por delante, el jack de entrada esta por la parte trasera, y si observas bien el video en minutos como el 1:57, y mas claramente en el minuto 2:23 o 2:50 y en muchos mas se ve el cable colgando por detras al lado de mi pierna derecha.

Esos armonicos los produzco tocandolos de manera natural y al mismo tiempo pisando un pedal que se llama whammy, que lo que hace es subir una octava a lo que tocas.
