Serial killers have existed everywhere throughout history but it is only since the late 19th century that improvements in recording & documenting population, crime & criminals have made it possible to identify certain crimes & criminals as serial.

i read the devil in the white city 3 or 4 years ago and it was contrasting h,h holmes and the guy that was the architect for the world fair. i searched for this film after reading and never found it. it was very cool. please subscribe to my channel as my band writes songs about serial killers and we will entertain you.
