I was going to ask you if you knew about CharlieJames. I enjoy "watching" her workouts...Lord I have not gotten my tired but up to actually do them. @versatility8 I do follow her but not as much I do incorporate Charlie James workouts in with what I do in my life currently. You can do it.... one small step at at time leads to huge accomplishment's over time. It's better to slowly break into to it so that you don't get so overwhelmed. I got an awwwwwful inverted bob done. Its super short and layered in the back and barely at my jaw line in the front. Its not flattering on me at all. I had it cut this way cause I have really thin hair, i dunno but to me it looks like its thinning like an old womans would and Im only 22 lol. So, my question is, whats the best way to grow it out? Should I just wait and try to hide the funky awkward stage or cut the front super short? :( Help! Thanks! lol
@aeofan I actually went through that 10 years ago. usually it's do to stress, thyroid change, mabye low iron, or hair loss. Leave your hair as it... Don't cut it sweetie. Do protective styling. maybe comb it back into like a Victoria beckham style with a headbands... Also to if u live in the states there is a line at Sallys beauty salon that specializes in thinning hair... and it worked for me. Nutri-Ox and Folicure. i been there my hair still does it in the front still. No one believes me.

@aeofan With really thin hair a short cut is always best. The problem is an inexperienced stylist that wants to cut out the latest trends (if it happens to be razored or layered or thinned out with thinning shears ect..) That is for thick haired gals. Keep it timelessly classic in an short inverted bob that is blunt-cut. That way the ends look as thick as possible (a little beveling & undercutting is good too, if you blow dry with a round brush or use a curling device, but still mostly blunt)

@Millyandy0y0 Primrose vitamin is good for hair & nails. Also hair & nails R nothing more then protein. Make sure that u take your multi vitamins & eat healthy. Eating a nice amount of proteins 2 restore the proteins that hair is made of .This video here is like from 9 months ago. My hair is now alot longer. If u haven't seen my newest videos it shows. Also keeping heat off the hair, and sulfate free shampoos that don't strip hair of its natural proteins. Where hair pulled back more often.

@Vfare36 Getting it cut short next time expressly ask for it to be "blunt cut" with only very slight beveling and undercutting at the ends only. I had to get that down because while my hair is not thin or fine, it is not super thick like I wish it was, so those words help to keep it looking thick after cuts! And, cutting it does make it look thicker!
