@andmusika I'd say this is the stuff ripe for wedding bands. If you'd like to play at weddings and or school dances, then this stuff is actually perfect in that it's most suitable for couples to dance to. And playing gigs for people in love ain't nothing to sneeze at.

The Kinman pickups come from Australia - they are Hank Marvin series FV-HMS

Neck Avn-63 Middle Avn-63 Bridge Avn-64. You can find Kinmans web site with a google search.

And my guitar is a copy of the Fender 40th Anniversary made by a UK Luthier Alan Brason.

The song came from Saturday night fever and I guess this was an ideal choice

for Hank to include it on his Marvin at the movies album.

Yes the guitar is made by Alan Brason who lives in the north of England.

The cost of mine was £1000 which is a lot cheeper than the Fender 40th aniversary.

Alan has a waiting time of about 8 months but he is still turning out great guitars.

Hi Brian - you are correct - I took off my signed scratch plate because Bruce's signiature was showing signs of wear

and replaced it with the original one. And I got the tone and volume knobs round the wrong way ! LOL
