  • Hi, nice attempt with the tablet. I particularly like the idea you got for the vibrato. I am also a Wacom player and would like to gather and discuss with people of this community. Please, tell me if you're interested. -Nicolas

  • very cool. Gotta love the WACOM. I gotta get my paws on a one that has tilt. This is like a modern Theramin.

  • where do i get them and are they free?

  • They? The Tablet costs money, and VAZ Modular isn't free either. MIDITab is free though.

  • sounds like a scary alien movie. LOL!

  • Kinda sounds like Kevin Braheny's music

  • after a while it sounds like pretty music. ^_^

  • Epic. Almost sounds like something from Exile, in the less sci-fi parts.

  • dude that is fucking brilliant!!! i love it.

i'm gonna give it a go with my Graphire 4 right now!

  • This touched my soul..seriously XD

  • wooww... the sound is great!!

    amazing

  • Wow, great idea. As a Vaz user, I found this very helpful.

Will be setting this up tonight!

  • how do you calibrate the tablet to vaz???????

  • I disabled all but one parameter in MIDITab and did a MIDI learn in VAZ Modular for that parameter. I then repated this until all 4 paramters where programmed. I had to limit the parameter range on the X-axis, controlling the pitch, to make it easier hit the right notes.

  • Well i just got a bamboo fun. I have both miditab, vaz mod, and wmidi. what exactly do you mean by parameters??

  • Parameters such as Amplitude, Pitch, Vibrato and Pulse Width Modulation.

  • sweet! that is an interesting way of making music! I gotta get me one!

  • Your music is cool. Your photots ast the end are also very striking. Could you post them somewhere? They really create a unique mood. I could pick them up in a newsgroup with an nzb link?

  • The photos are taken/made by me. They are nowhere to be found online.

  • ...and this is when I suddenly became interested in getting a Wacom tablet...

  • vaz modular is great.

Did you also control the pitch with the pen?

  • Yes

  • use tablet 2 midi?

  • Yes
