@johnsongM16 dont pull out ur main tuning valve, play with a tuner and adjust ur mouth. for you, you can move your mouth down when you play so it makes it flatter to counter-act the sharpness

so when this part is shown on the conductor's score It is shown as ppp, but secretly on the Tuba part, it is written on as FF because the arranger/composer knew that the tuba would play it that loud anyways.

Its really not that hard dude.. I learned by ear and its pretty much the same 4 measure loop up until you get to the solo..

pretty much the same 1- open fingerings until you get to the G in the 4th measure

hey he is partly right. i arranged tank for the whole band and made it where the trumpets do an 16 note run and the tubas give an 8th note it seems a little more power and in your face if you know what i mean.
