iron and alluminum sound interesting to me. I never thought of it though I have thought of using real metal. O_o'. I just don't the sKills.

it's really easy if you go to school class where you do stuff out of wood and.. stuff.. U can pick som aliminum or metal from there.. write on a paper the size and sketch out your headband.. then you take the sketch on a metal/ali plate and write with a pen around the piece of paper ( shaped like a headband ) then u cut the metal piece of.. and there you have a nice metal fore head plate.. all you have to do now is.. to sew the plate togheter with some piece of cloth.. and there you go!

You can borrow holes in the metall and sew through the holes
