try shooting from the hip. use your thumb run it through the triger gard and through a belt loop. and kepp forward presure with you oposite hand. this will keep your triger finger from moving forward and loosing the bump fire half way through.

no. NFA tax stamps are $200, but full-auto AK's will run you in the upper 10s of thousands of dollars. To convert it you'd have to be a Class 3 manufacturer, which is also way more expensive.

the way i do it with the ak is I lock my finger at a 90 degree angle, put it on the trigger, adn pull foward on the hand grip and hold it there, got it my first try like that
I was wearing a muscle shirt once at an indoor range. And had shells fly in my shirt, leaving minor burn marks. They are gone now, but I guess these things happen like in the video.
The way most of the people do it to bump fire, is you put your thumb through the trigger as if you are going to fire it, and hook that same thumb to the belt hole on your pants and put forward force on your pants and hold tightly to the gun, and let the gun do the rest.
Bump fire or man the fuck up and pay the 200 dollar tax And get the full auto one.
