  • Wow! The adapter works with all nikon lenses?

  • @GrandeEne Yes, if you use the additional Nikon converter, you can use all Nikon and Canon EOS lenses.

  • @VidAtlantic ah, thanks!

and if I mount the 10.5mm fisheye the angle decrease or remains 180°?

  • @GrandeEne A 10.5mm will act more like a 16mm since there is a crop factor happening with this adapter.

  • looks more organic

  • and to vixia hf200

  • @bluedemoncmll Yes it does work great with the HF200! The HF200 has given amazing results!

  • does this adapter work on cannon fs200

  • @yourdickson4 Sorry but the Canon FS200 doesnt have filter threads for the adapter to screw in to. The Canon HF S200 however does have 58mm threads and the EnCinem 35mm adapter works great with that camera! I hope this helps. Thanks for watching!

  • hey question. how hard is it to film with the image flipped?

  • @ortixx Not really hard at all...After a day or so of shooting you get used to it. Some cameras even have a few ways to flip the LCD screen doing simple modifications or using magnets at the back of the LCD screens like the Sony SR series cameras. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

  • @VidAtlantic

what about the focussing? Is that done manually or can i use autofocus?

  • @ortixx focusing is acheived manually...this is what makes it so much fun! No auto focusing.

  • @VidAtlantic

oh noes :( lol. so if i put my cam on autofocus it would mess up? :( Oh well i can figure it out :D

  • @ortixx No it wont mess it up, your camera just needs to focus on the glass within the EnCinema adapter and then the photographic lens becomes your new lens to focus with. Its fun shooting this way!

  • @VidAtlantic ooooooh that explains everything now! thanks man!

  • can you use anything else other than a 50mm like a 10-20mm wide angle lens? cuz by the looks of it you can only are stuck with prime lenses and cant use zoom lenses with this adapter.

  • @quicsilver Yes, you can use an type of SLR lens, even zoom lenses. Some of our other vides show 17-50mm Canon lenses. Thanks!

  • What did you pay for it? It gives cool shots!

  • The EnCinema 35mm adapter is $199, but there is also a $99 version coming out soon. The glass wont be as sharp as it is ground glass instead of a sharp focusing screen.

  • ..what brand shoulder support is that please?

  • lol whats the song?

  • Thanks for checking it out. The song is Mawkish - Formula Futuro

  • How come the image wasn't upside-down when you screwed the adapter and lens on? Also, what lens was used in this video?

  • It was upside down, but as soon as the adapter is put in the picture or just before it is lifted away from the picture I flipped it in Sony Vegas.

  • Looks good! vignetting looks minimal. Is this with achromat? How many microns is the glass ground?

  • Thanks for checking it out! We use the Canon EE screens. Not sure how many microns that is considered.

  • sorry for the comment before... I saw your page and I have a question: do you shot with the canon HV30 or HV20? I want to see the visual diferents with your adapter. Thanks

  • Actually I shoot with the HF100.

  • where I can buy it?

I am from spain but I could buy for internet. Thanks

  • on the vid-atlantic website

  • what makes this different from the manual focus feature

  • Its nearly impossible to get the same result unless you move the camera a great distance from the subject. This mimics shooting on 16mm or 35mm film.

  • How much was this?

  • $220 only at the vid-atlantic website
