@pinkync Thank You. I was a much bigger cook (both in time spent doing so, and in size. hehe) when my children were small, and when I was a kid. I had to learn to cook a whole new way on this diet, and while I'm in awe of many others who do such good work, I have a few simple recipes that have become standbys.
