I was randomly looking through you tube for songs I sang with my grandfather. I never would have guessed in a million years that I would find these videos of my grandfather singing the songs we both loved so dearly. I cannot stop crying. Oh how I miss that man. I wish he could have met my daughter and and lived long enough to teach these songs to her. I miss you so much papa.

its "thake up they cross" Im saying this through tears I lost my mother augusta 8th 2010 and we sand this togther through many years. my heart is full and blessed and god bless the man that sang this in this video. for he tust me heart so much and sang it just the way i remembered it in the church i straid away from. Thank you Sir for that great performance who ever you are. Daniel
Love it. Reminds me of some of the voices from my childhood in church. I thought this would be the hymn, "Jesus Paid it All" and not sure that is the name of this song. Might it be, "Take up your cross"?
They song is take up thy Cross, so yes you have it correct. I grew up singing this song with him. Miss those days.
