Increase or decrease in usage is completely irrelevant. It is a personal decision. The objective of the government should not be to decrease usage but to improve public health and taking away medicine from patients and stopping ppl from smoking weed does not cater to this objective whatsoever!

He WAS about to bring up a good point, on how studies show Marijuana actually improves brain cell growth, and to a degree, helps prevent against certain types of brain problems.

Which is of course, the exact opposite of what the government propaganda used to feed everyone, "Marijuana kills brain cells, blah blah". Turns out the Propaganda couldn't have been more wrong.
