@uhyoudead5 Several sites have referenced this as a real easter egg, sometimes using my video as an example. If only I could make videos as good as yours. Oh wait, you have no videos.
wow, Id never have picked up on this cause it's been so long ... but when you said metaphor and the next generation, I did think immediately about that episode as it was one of my favorites as a kid.
I had a feeling that there was something odd about her name. I had the same feeling about the notched pickaxe before I watched that video. I should start hunting down some of these easter eggs myself
An actual STARGATE/PORTAL-THING was caught on film in New Mexico. The footage can be found within the short-film entitled "SUDDEN PORTHOLE", which is parked at the PROJECT CAMELOT YouTube page (it's under the George Noory video).
I'm not selling anything…I'm just trying to spread the word about the unseen-dimensions we find ourselves embedded in.
My BLOG @ samzurick*dot*com contains peripheral data regarding the movie and is where I reply to the "debunkers". THANKS!!
Good find. Past Elder Scrolls...hell,even all past Bethesda games have had huge references to to media and books. Oblivion had shitloads of Lord of the Rings references.
@ABReaper The College of Winterhold is a definite Harry Potter reference, there's even one mage that wants to 'experiment' on you and ends up changing you into various mundane animals...I guess Bethesda felt the need to drive home the point.
I was reading through a journal and a bandit's name was followed by "son of Mog". It could just be a coincidence though as Mog isn't really a very special name.
I'm surprised people aren't getting or appreciating this. Bethesda has tossed in Star Trek (and Star Wars) references in past Elder Scrolls titles. This is a nice find.
The race was known as the Tamarians. Now I want to make a character and name it Shaka (when the walls fell).

If you can't say the arrow joke right then don't say it at all! They say arrow IN the knee. Not TO the knee. Big difference... Goshhh

The alien race (whose name escapes me) speaks in allegory, not metaphors. I'm glad somebody else noticed this easter egg.

Its a bit of a double whammy too, because "Temba, his arms wide open" is a gift. ie. an Easter Egg.
And in this video you see "Temba, at rest"... ;)

Temba Wide-Arms is clearly a reference to the STAR TREK CLIP HE SHOWED SHORTLY AFTER. Goddamn, some people should never be allowed to leave school.
