@Charlesmillz O.K 3 part answer if you use EC-1118 yeast you will get a better tasting wine and it will pack a bit more punch..........freshmans yeast(bakers yeast) can be used but it will have a noticeable taste difference from the EC-1118 .... I would not advise you to drink the wine from the same container it was made in once mine is done I gently poor it into another jug( leaving the dead yeast and lees behind)then let it sit for an hour and drink it
After its fermented cant you just drink it right out of the bottle you fermented it in?
