What you guys are forgetting was that cocaine wasn't considered that potent back in 1986. Other drugs like Heroin was around for a while but was considered more dangerous. Anybody could've gotten Cocaine, but if not for Len Bia's death, all you guys would probably OD on Cocaine too. Sure the draft was a bust for the Celtics next 22 years, but say that the 70's and 80's had a higher intelligence on such drugs and diseases. Our world, let alone the NBA would have been much better.

Their first round draft pick (#2 pick in the draft mind you) did not play a single minute in the NBA. Specially with players drafted like Sam Bowie, Joe Smith, Kwame Brown, and even go as quick as Greg Oden and Hasheem Thebeet. Bias' explosiveness and athleticism would have easily put him a head of a lot of players in his time. In his era not many players were as athletic as he was.
