Misfits essentially was created by Glenn Danzig. sadly jerryfits ruined the band now. the talent left. Danzig....Graves brought a future, but he left, so did Doyle, the band died...learn before u speak..

I agree with ya, mate. The only talent the Misfits had was with Danzig, but him and Jerry got along for several years before Danzig told him to go fuck himself. Danzig moved on, not wanting to drag the name through the mud like Jerry is doing now. Even Jerry's own brother, Doyle, quit to start his own band, which by the way kicks ass. Graves probably felt like he was getting screwed, so he left, then came back, and left again. Jerry Only ruined the band by not letting it R.I.P.

@Beholder505 What made the Misfits so great was not their technical proficiency, or the actual recordings. It was the songs. The songs written by Glenn. And many of the recordings weren't recorded very well. Look at Earth A.D. But they were still great songs. Glenn paved the way. I'm not saying Graves isn't talented. Or that the songs suck. There just isn't much of a comparison when you're talking about early Misfits and Graves era.

Its all over the internet if you want to know more. I have nothing against Graves-era, but in my opinion the Misfits died out long ago when Danzig left.
