In 2003, both QB's passed for 16 touchdowns. And let me remind you, the Eagles defeated the Falcons on the way to their second straight NFC championship. Vick's talent is comparable to that of Darius Heyward Bay.

A) It would be completely excusable if McNabb forgets his wallet at home or picks up the dry cleaning late, but it is not ok for him to not know a rule of the game when he has been in the league for 10 years. Him not knowing that rule is like Chase Utley not knowing that you can get two outs in an inning.

B) He is not one of the best QBs in the NFL. He's in the top 16, probably, but not even close to one of the best.

C) Maybe some spelling and grammar lessons could help you out.

And, maybe coincidentally, all of the good seasons he had came when he could throw the ball to T.O.-arguably the best receiver in the league. Don't get me wrong... I hate T.O. as a player and the Cowboys as a team, but I can recognize talent. I think that McNabb is one of the most overrated QBs in the league.
