My 1982 John deere is a 440 Kawasaki fan with A Arm IFS I called my aunt she said there was inly a few made but never sold to the public and my Uncle's friend worked for John Deere b4 they sold out thats where he got it can anyone tell me about this sled I have?
John Deere Liquifire 440 with IFS I my uncle gave it to me about 20 years ago and told me it was a rare sled but i never did research on it or anything but its been put away now since I got it around 1990
It looks simular to what Yami built from 80-96, but inside it was totally differant. Deere used a coil over shock inside the structural strut vs. a shorter version of a motorcycle fork. Kawi built a proto using a strut also...
that damn video is too dark. get a video in better lighting. im very inerested in it.

Thats has to be worth a fair bit. The struts look similar to Yamaha's design they used on the phazers and exciters.

@s10dreamer I believe they are more similar to what Ski Doo used on the Stratos/Escapade/Voyager series sleds then the Yamaha's.
