Ok can someone explain wtf this thing does, i dont understand, how does this control grip? I dont get the picture were one tire goes up then 2 seconds later the other one goes up... i just dont see what it does..

It may be and idiot answer, but the anti-roll bar avoids the car "twisting" to much when it corners.

It is linked from a side of the to the other of the car and it links the two sides of the car`s suspension.

When you are cornering a street car, not even soo badly, the inside`s suspension loses traction due de car`s inercia, to correct that and you may increase springs load(making the car stiffer) or changing the anti-roll bars

I, huh, know next to nothing about cars....

I installed a anti-roll bar in a BMW 325 i, and I installed another one in a Nissan March... No difference in cornering perfomance!!! Or am I not pushing the car enough?

your probibly not using a big enough one.. im currently running a 24mm sway on my civic.. and it completely changed the driving characteristics of my car....

I know nothing about cars and how they're built or whatever, but I always thought anti-roll bars were a fancy word for a roll cage or whatever....watching this has been quite interesting, it never dawned on me that it could've been something to actually stop a car from rolling...even though it's called the "Anti Roll bar"....I feel like quite a fool, but I guess you do learn something new everyday!
