Whole reason for copying the files and cracking it is so you don't have to have a product key you guys... at least I think so.

@SuperDarkGuardian once your download is finished open the containing folder then right click rar icon and "extract here" MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WINRAR. after extracting you'll get a folder open it and run setup, after seting up is finnished yo'll have more files.. Then go to computer >local disc ..>program files> assassins creed. if you're running directx 9 click the dx9 one for directx 10 dx10.
