Surprisingly, he isn't. Ken Mishima (Godhand) fights like a Tekken character, he shares the family name of Jinpachi's bloodline (along with Heihachi and Kazuya), and he even looks like a mix between Kazuya, Jin and Bryan Fury, but he is NOT in Tekken. Although, you can easily use Create-A-Character to fix that!

I personally like to imagine that he is Kazuya's cousin.
