PRAYER TO SAINT JOSEPH FOR SELLING A HOUSE

I have a house in Azusa that I need St Joseph's help. I will pray this prayer before the house. But I don't like the idea of burying St Joseph face down to suffer. I will just say my prayers and expect him to help if it is the will of God.
