@Ematuresco Yes, he said ArrayLists have bulkier syntax and are less efficient than arrays. This is because if you have bulkier syntax, you have a higher risk of getting bugs in your program.
I'm looking at these lectures just as to refresh my memory and knowledge, but I'm learning things I've never seen in my the classes I took myself. Amazing teacher and teaching style!
is there a big difference between the pdf version of "the art and sience of java" book and the full original version? Will i be able to complete the course and understand all the details with the pdf preliminary draft of the book, or will i miss alot of detail if i don't read the final example of the book?
Man that's really funny that was the exact same thing I was thinking about u can hear this guy since the first lesson he seems to be really excited all time, actually this teacher should have a comedy show on tv! He's a great teacher though
Very good lessons! I followed the lessons until this one and i noticed that there is always the same dude laughing very hard about the jokes of the teacher. LOL that dude has a very typical way of laughing.

18:20 , he didn't give reasons why you would have to use a regular array instead of (an) ArrayList. He just said, you have. mhmm anyone knows ?
