My pleasure; but what has astonished (and pleased) me is the large amount views this great but relatively unknown song has received in such a short time.
This is still one of my all time fave Cure songs. It holds great sentiment to me since I heard it when my dad passed away and around the same time I met the most incredible person.(who unfortunately is no longer in my life either :( ).But I still hold it dear.It seems to be a bit of a naughty song. But,I just really hear the twangs and Robert's voice that always seem to pull my heart strings in a very special way. Thanks for posting.:)
My pleasure. And that's what good music is all about. I never pay very much attention to lyrics; you can have a good song with crap lyrics, but not the other way around.
Yesss, this is a very early Cure song - I remember the first time I heard it! The guitar chords are brilliant. I also thing Lol was not a bad drummer at all, just pretty basic. The guy of the left is Michael Dempsey I think.
im with you...i wish i could warp myself back to these days

B sides and unknown pieces are epic because they are untouched. No one overlays them or remakes them so they remain pure and special.

Ohhhh, that sharp guitar riff! This was something like one hundred years ago, but it still feels like yesterday.
