What's the only thing scarier than Godzilla? Headless Godzilla! XD. But really, to be made out of carpet and foam it's surprising how close the shape is to the actual thing. Nice Job!

The legs are a problem. But they are similar to the legs of the original 1954. At least in terms of movement. They got around it by not really showing his legs much.

That is so awesome!!!!! I wish I had one!!! Oh, you should stuff the tail with fluff so it wouldn't go flat. But other than that it's so A-W-E-S-O-M-E! One more thing, what materials did you use? ;D

yeah, i'm planning on stuffing some old pillows in there and the legs for more shape. I used carpet liner, foam rubber, cement glue, and bendable steel strips for support/reinforcement. Home depot has most of this stuff and any fabric store should have foam rubber.
