AIPAC like other organizations is guaranteed free speech under the First Amendment. There is no limitation mentioned in the Constitution or case law that requires limiting speech of organizations because the organization is effective.

Remember when china was contributing money to clinton, what an uproar was created? and the money was returned. how is taking money from AIPAC different? why should we allow an entity that puts israeli interests before our own be allowed to affect elections? remember, jews only make up less than 3% of our population, and they are a religious group, not a race.
