well yes i do agree with you here,some habits are definitly worse then others.but nothing beats the feeling doing something on you own knowing you didn't get "additional help" somewhere else,just a better feeling overall.yes the old-svhool body-builders took alot too im sure,but not as much as the recent guys though.old-school body builders knew the balance,unlike todays stuffed body-builders with no symmety or proportion and toned-cut definition at all.LOL
