I'm a CoD and BF fan. I have MW3, and BF3 pre-ordered, and I'll be at the midnight release for both, but I also enjoy Killzone 1-3, Crysis 2, MoH, and Homefront. Of all of them, I'm a bigger fan of CoD, but overall, I'm an FPSgamer, not a CoD only gamer.
Homefront is SICK, and I've only played the demo. And to me, the demo version of Homefront is more enjoyable than a full game of C.o.D. But C.o.D.'s still nice. Homefront and Battlefield are just BETTER!!!!!!!!

The battle point system works better than the money on black ops, and its got the map size of bad company 2 almost. This games intro gives me chills, the story is tight, shooting mechanics are lifted straight from CoD. The only downside to this game is the fact that it has some of the worst texture work I have seen in ages. Game was leaked yesterday and it is very, very short. I appreciate not holding stuff back in the singleplayer game though. Witnessing the brutality is definaintly a slap in the face.
@TKJxOutlaw00 nope killzone 2 had 32 people, and still retained its singleplayer graphics. Killzone 2 is the best looking console fps to date. so thats really not an excuse. I Really did not experience much lag in killzone 2.
Battle points to upgrade or buy vehicles for each game ( no more waiting on a map for a vehicle to spawn, only to have four douchebags jumping in a circle waiting to hop in).

@maggot457 Yeah Crysis is not really my type of game, the same with Battlefield. I've gotten so used to Call of Duty and since CoD is not at it's best at the moment I thought Homefront would be a good game to play meanwhile I wait for games like Modern Warfare 3 - which I hope will be good!

ATTENTION CODFAGS: It looks like COD because the new era of multiplayer gameplay will not survive unless a Call of Duty esque multiplayer addon is added in. The reason why so many games look like COD is because people like Call of Duty, and to compensate for people that DONT like Call of Duty, there are games like this. This is much different from COD. Also; last time I checked, Call of Duty wasn't big on vehicular warfare.

Apple are the leading brand in there area of focus the same way Call Of Duty is with theirs. Deal with it. Any game that looks like Call Of Duty, if it wants to be successful, has to come a long way to call itself a "COD-Killer", in the meantime, COD is king, everything else is inferior -- and comparable.

This looks like the multiplayer experience is largely predicated on tanks, choppers, etc. etc.
BFBC2 multiplayer did that (minus the helicopter gunners) and it was kinda lame. They should have stuck to just groundtroops and maybe extra items if you amass enough killstreaks

This games intro gives me chills, the story is tight, shooting mechanics are lifted straight from CoD. The only downside to this game is the fact that it has some of the worst texture work I have seen in ages. Game was leaked yesterday and it is very, very short. I appreciate not holding stuff back in the singleplayer game though. Witnessing the brutality is definaintly a slap in the face.
