he has a lets say decent voice for a nirvana song, to be fair they didnt absolutly rape the song, it hasnt got all the stupid effects like most of the songs on the tribute album

I actually really like it, it's a decent interpretation. A bit more polished than the original, but that's what Francesqa set out to do, change this beauty of a song into something of their own, not copy it, they've re-modelled it to fit them.

Hardcore Nirvana fan saying I appreciate this cover. Don't rip into a band for a cover, they tried their best. The original's always going to be the best version, no need to insult someone else for an attempt.

The only bad thing is the autotuned chorus :P otherwise its a good cover, itsnot sloppy and different to the original, and listenable, who cares if its more mainstream, francesqa are a melodic rock band which means large poppy choruses really xD

@MrHiglet There's no law that says a cover must sound exactly the same. Kurt Cobain was well known for doing his own interpretations of covers. There's nothing wrong with putting your own spin on something instead of just copying the original exactly. If you want the original just play the original album.

Fan of BOTH bands, The truth is the only people who say they don't like this are the hardcore Nirvana fans who can't appreciate someone else's interpretation of a great song. Francesqa are a brilliant band and this is a well crafted cover.
