  • The administrative judges are by legislation reffered to as attorney examiners. To be licensed by the State Bar according to John Sherlock III, attorney for the EEOC. The fact that they preside over cases, rendering decisions is illegal, They should be punished by their respective State Bars and fired from their positions. Every case they have ruled on is illegal and by law should be overturned. Congress turns a blind eye to this fact.

  • The EEOC should be disbanded at this point. This would save the taxpayers a lot of money and help lessen our national debt. The EEOC is biased and useless. Some may think that I am saying that just because my case didn;t go my way. Not true... a completely botched case can never go in the proper direction. now one of the women that botched part of it is now head of an EEOC outlet in Florida. Nice promotion. The head of the EEOC refuses to answer any of my emails. He knows the truth.

  • The EEOC doesn't do jack $**T for anyone who is heterosexual and white, regardless of their age. Basically, they do little more than take up office space and sit in the air conditioning. I brought a case to them against a former employer which had been ignored by the TX. Comm. on Human Rights, another waste of money. The EEOC ignored it. But the TX Dept of Education didn't ignore it, I'm one of the reasons the ITT schools were stormed by the FBI in April of 2004. MUD IN YOUR EYE, EEOC!!

  • Fuck the EEOC. They are unconstitutional. A employer can ask any question he wants to a prospective employee. This is America not the USSR.

  • WRONG. The EEOC is supposed to protect the rights of workers, so the commission itself is not unconstitutional.

  • I was the victim of gender bias in my workplace. I had witnesses that backed up my claim yet EEOC still found no findings in my case because they intially botched everything and it was more than 5 years after I filed my case before they spoke one work to my former employer. How can a proper investigation be done? EEOC would not even provide me a copy of my claim investigation under the FOIA after i received a "right to sue" letter. EEOC is a scam from local levels up to Wash. DC... LIARS!!!

  • @FreakShow2008a : This sounds familiar, except I dealt with age discrimination and harassment. I had all sorts of documentation and etc. to prove my case, but the clown who was my "caseworker", and who didn't even have the decency to have my file in front of him when he called, did nothing. I got a right-to-sue letter, and the right to lambast those a-holes on YOUTUBE. Instead of shelling out a $750 retainer fee for some lawyer I didn't know, I bought a nice digital video camera.

  • In this case EEOC fails!

  • PS: Before I was an attorney, I was a law clerk for the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, another joke enterprise. Google:

  • They are dirty and so to is Boston Mass MCAD -- the brushed my Citibank Complaint under the Rug and never once addressed the fact that the bank threatened to have me arrested for no just cause. That's okay though because I am going to sue these bastards in State Court for Emotional Distress and 42 U.S.C. §1981. The refused to open an account for me but opened one for my white GF. Watch the video:

MCAD and EEOC protect Citibank, a racist, drug money laundering enterise -- Mary Bullock knows

  • But now you realize the injustice, time to offset it :D

  • @strongnoob Dear Gentle Person, Judicial corruption is not new to me. My own brother was murdered because of a highly political case I was involved with. I was strong and eventually turned it over to the FBI, the violations were federal in nature and involved highly placed politicians. My office and home destroyed, my brother was dead and they still came after me. These people now rue the day they screwed with me. At the EEOC I witnessed gross judicial corruption. I am fighting for all of us.

  • left your life in chaos because you ignorantly built up negative karma.

  • @strongnoob Dear Gentle Person, I am perplexed as to why you feel I built up negative karma. I am a woman, who as a child, was violently sexually abused for over ten years. Raised in sheer poverty, my father made me eat hamburgers made out of Skippy Dog Food and the ensuing vomit. My brothers and sisters shunned me for fear of suffering any pain just because they were near me. I built my life on the bases of two things: to be the very best person I can be, and make the world a better place.

  • Every person who is legal working in this country, minority or not should have every right to be treated fairly and not be discriminated. Judge Bullock is being mistreated by her employer because she found EEOC guilt of discrimination. EEOC or other State or Federal officials are NOT ABOVE THE LAW. They should be terminated and fined for their actions. Judge Bullock and Agent Castitio should be commended for exposing the corruption in the EEOC. EEOC wrongdoers should be held accountable.

  • First of all, minorities workers are OVER represented in the eeoc. The eeoc has sued companies for under-representation of minorities in certain jobs. What is the difference?

  • @ EEOC-Charlotte District Office (Reuben Daniels and Carlos Villescas), IG Office &Ofc. of Fld Mgmt Prgms & USDOJ Asst. Attorney Gen. Thomas Perez. EEOC offices across the nation are understaffed and routinely issue no cause right to sue letters without investigating. Does Title VII allow that? No. Be a part of solution not the problem. The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy-MLK, Jr.

  • I support you. EEOC, Office of Fld Mgmt prgrms, IG, & DOJ Civil Rights Div are all corrupt & knowingly violate the color of law by issuing fraudulant no cause right to sue letters without investigating &they tell me it's because of lack of resources!!! Tell that to all those and fam membs of those that have been beaten, arrested, and murdered over civil rights. How hard is it to provide an "undetermined" finding due to lack of resources. They rather defraud ppl out of their civil rights.

  • The EEOC is a nighmare! My previous company (Federal) purposely left crucial evidence out of my Report of Investigation (ROI). I proved to the EEOC judge that cruicial evidence was deliberately omitted out of my ROI by my former company - I MEAN UNDISPUTED PROOF! 1st she wanted to go ahead to court with the missing evidence out of my file, and I told her, "No." I told her that my company should be sanctioned for tampering with evidence - she would not do it!

  • Congress and the Legislature please STOP supporting discrimination, harassment and hostile work environment by investigating the Crimes and Corruption at the EEOC. Please stop wasting tax payers money by allowing corruption and crimes running rampant. Don't you get it? They resolve less than 1% of all complaints filed each year. You the Congress and the Legislature have ignored the minorities and their pain and suffering at the workplace due to discrimination. Stop supporting corruption at EEOC.

  • EEOC Director Olophius Perry in LA, investigator Danny Lopez, supervisor Steve Aronberg, and field officer Edward Gomez are all criminals. Corruption at the EEOC is very very high. My evidence demonstrates they committed conspiracy, fraud and perjury. They knowingly, and intentionally refused to investigate electronic evidence supporting my charges and contact my eye witness supporting my charges.

The EEOC is Corrupt. Congress must investigate the corruption in the EEOC.

  • @Suvawala I wrote you a comment about reviewing Undercover Lawyers Forum as I write about Director Perry at UndercoverLawyers Fornum Topic What Law School Does Not Teach you

  • I filed discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination charges against my employer with the EEOC and provided them with the evidence and list of witnesses that proved and supported my charges but the EEOC investigator Danny Lopez, his supervisor Steve Aronberg from San Diego and the western region director Mr. Olophius Perry all knowingly, intentionally, and willingly refused to investigate the evidence supporting my charges. EEOC failed to investigate all of the evidence.

  • @Suvawala Please see my recent post on Undercoverlawyers Forum for a nice piece on Director Perry. He is a man without a moral compass and then some. The piece is listed under Law School what they do not teach you..

  • Please spread the word to your other workers, friends and family

  • I am also at odds with the EEOC (Districts and Federal level). They lie repeatedly, ignore key questions to protects themselves rather than anybody that found problems with their way of doing things.

To sum it up, they loast my paperwork and didn't tell me for four years. they failed to give me a copy of the investigation report that I requested.

I would love to talk to any Senate/Congress person about this and/or any large television program. ABC/CBS/NBC/FOX/CNN to get the story out

  • Judge Mary Elizabeth Bullock, GOOD FOR YOU! Your commentary confirms what I have long thought about the EEOC. I had a case referred to them after it was dismissed by the Texas Commission on Human Rights (another waste of time) and the man who took the case didn't even read the file before he dismissed it. That was about eight years ago, but apparently they haven't changed.
