  • Jesus Fuckin Christ is this Rob Zombies Twin Brother??? He looks/Sounds like him this shit is awesome

  • Haters. Rob Zombie sounds like Riggs... Rigg's played a major roll in Hillbilly Deluxe and there was never another record as kick ass as that record from Rob Zombie. So....

  • @transfusion666 i'm assuming you meant hellbilly deluxe

  • does anyone else notice that sick ass guitar?

  • LOL this might as well be on rob zombies CD as a bonus track....

  • Riggs lives in my town Mountain Home Arkansas!!!!!

  • How are they no bigger than they are... ??

  • He even looks live Rob Zombie.

  • I want dreadlock me too !

  • @MrBeNick if you look good in dreadlocks...continue.if not ...you're just a copycat and don't have your own identity.

  • Like This Song It Sounds Really Good

  • @FINALROUTE666 I would agree, it does sound really good.

  • I love that spooky sustain effect that starts around 0:25

  • Bebep!!!!!!!

  • Bebep II !

  • Thank god he still sounds like Rob used to before movies killed his music career.

  • BEBER =)

  • BEBP has such awesome taste in music

  • ben graves?

  • Why not a million hits?

  • Best Zombie line up not counting the original White Zombie lineup is John 5, Piggy D, and Joey Jordison... When JJ goes back to The Knot would love to see Tempesta back on drums!!!!! these guys sound to much like Zombie...

  • forget zombie...this is wayy better ^-^

  • I have a Scum of the Earth sticker on my skateboard it gives me good luck for some reason :)

  • WZ 92-95 was the shit. After that forget it. Hellbilly delux I, ehh. And Hellbilly II dwindles out with a fucking orchestra. Give me a fucking break. Go back and listen to Thunderkiss 65, and Creature of the Wheel. That's the sound that put Rob on the map. So wtf is he doin? I wanna hear Scum roar the words like a fuckin' lion. Don't "talk" the words into the microphone like fuckin metalcore (vomit). Then the WZ glory might be back.

  • BOMBBB SHEEEEEELLL FROM HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Wow.... Riggs pleeeaseee go baaaack to Zoooombieeee.

  • See, where everybody else sees these dudes as basically being the people behind Rob's sound, I see something different. I see a guy who rips off Rob's vocal style and a band that cheaply utilizes the image that Rob went for. These guys aren't bad, but I feel like they try too much to be Rob Zombie('s band) without Rob Zombie. And without his vocals, and his creative direction, it feels like kind of a cats-off band... They should just try to do their own thing and not try to be Rob Zombie 2.

  • @MMRED

    *cast-off band

  • The sole reason I appreciate Scum Of The Earth is the fact that they have the sludgy groovy metal sound that White Zombie had, the sound that Rob Zombie seems to have neglected since WZ broke up. Kudos to Riggs for carrying on the torch!

  • You can get this mp3 at instantmp3s..com

  • I love how spooky the guitar sounds with the sustain he uses :P

  • why the fuck is hate x 13 not on youtube, if it is i cant find it

  • FUCK YES!

  • around 1:30 does he say nazi?

  • @BatDance666 : yes !

  • you can tell where the talent was in the old rob zombie.. I so miss riggs being in RZ!!

  • When Riggs left Zombie, he took the music with him!

  • What??zombie is the one who put em all on...

  • @WhitetrashDevilGirl wait the singer is from rob zombies band :O

  • @foxmcloud23 Yes. Riggs was Rob Zombie's guitar player for two albums. He played on songs like Dragula, Living Dead Girl and Feels So Numb.

  • does anyone know where i can find some recordings of Riggs' old band, Demiltry?

  • White Zombie 2.0. Sad that these guys sound more like old-school White Zombie than Zombie himself.

  • My recommendation to all you fags, is to shut up and enjoy the video.

  • this sonG rox...

  • I like the Sean, J, John and Rob line up the best!

  • @axecarnage Damn Right!

  • beast

  • Drop A, with his signature Fernandes guitar, his own model (Blasko used a Fernandes bass).

  • sounds just like zombie ...why bother

  • White Zombie broke up over creative differences? Honestly, all the members have made great music after WZ split but what are these so called creative differences? Riggs is one of those guitar players that have been underestimated and whom I consider one of the greats in metal. I'm glad to see he is still rocking but it stiil sounds (mabey just a tiny little itty bitt) like White Zombie. And so does Rob Zombie's music!

So....Why did they break up White Zombie again?

  • @patrick444u I agree, except I think that his sound is naturally this way. I think he helped Rob create "Rob's sound" I hear a lot of differences in Rob's music and WZ. I think that might have to do with being a musician and having played some of their tunes as covers in the past.

  • rob zombies best line-up was with tempesta, blasko, and riggs

  • @FloridaKing55 agreed.

  • wow, this rockz !

  • So, what tuning is this in? I have my guitar in Drop A# and it sounds like this, but some people are saying Drop C. Just wondering if anyone knew.

  • He uses both drop A# and drop C

  • i think

  • vocals is Riggs who used to be with zombie

  • they do sound and look like Zombie

  • These are the old band members from White Zombie fucktard.

  • Their latest album sold only 800 copies.Failed to get to the 200 chart! Com on!,why? They sound fucking awesome

  • I agree! I thought this was better than there first album!

  • Riggs is the man

  • I will say this, Rob Zombie needs to do one of two things. Either reunite White zombie or bring Riggs and Blasko back, cuz this whole John5 piggy D shit ain't sounding nearly as cool as scum of the earth.

  • I second that...

I miss the Meet the Creeper Hillbilly Deloux 1998 sounds.....

  • i can also second that...i mean John 5 is amazingly talented...but he just dont fit Rob's style at all....and Piggy D...well just needs to go back to Wednesday 13...again..talented...but dont fit Rob...and wtf is with blasko going to ozzy for?

  • Cuz Blasko has a bad ass biker look to him so he fit in nice with Zakk. lol. But I like what he's done with ozzy so far.

  • meh..i just miss the older lineups...made better music..Riggs is talented...and to me the backups for Zombie....John 5 was best in Manson and solo, was his style mostly....and Piggy and Blasko both should go back to Wednesday 13....i eman..Wednesday 13 has great music all around..but the line up from Trans 90210 was his best...

  • i have to buy this music in secret my parents are epic bible bashers, oh if they could only see my collection of black sabbath and heavy metal, i think they would kick me out and run down the street screaming DEVIL CHILD DEVIL CHILD

  • lol reminds me of my parents

  • lol unlucky... you ever heard devilscum then? XD

devilscum was by these guys too and it was freakin awesome

  • @lolnumpty Dude, don't your parents know? God is totally a drummer in a metal band. XD

  • lol i second that

  • I like these guys better than Rob's latest output. They sound like White Zombie 2.0. Some samples/ear candy, sure, but far more of the sleazy metal that White Zombie used to do.

  • Has anyone brought up the fact SoTE started in 2006?

  • they started before that, actually, in 2004, with "blah blah blah....love songs for the new millennium". i got Blah Blah Blah...... Love songs in 2004 or so before tower records went OOB for like $9. best bargain bin choice i ever made, i didnt even know they were a rob zombie spin off when i got it. was probably only a few weeks after it came out lol.

  • I thought Blah blah blah... was from 2006...

    Never mind then...

Zombie spin offs aren't entirely a bad thing. It's a fucking hell of a lot better than the 'roar!!! I'm am monster!!!!!' 'talking' garbage disposal(the deadly in-sink wood chippers) dime/dozen death metal bands.... If anything, we need more Zombie spin offs.

  • they started in 2004, with an album called blah blah blah

  • I've been a zombie fan for years and I have to say, It's about damn time someone took their zombie influence and put it to work. I've heard and seen this guy plenty of times and i'm pretty sure him and Rob have a good standing relationship. On the point of him sounding like Rob? I say good. Everybody likes BLS, right? Zack sounds like Ozzy? Nobody really cares. The music industry needs a new "monster of rock." They are a breed that's FAR too few. And besides, Zombie doesn't have beef with them?

  • Singer is Riggs, Rob Zombie's Former Guitarist Before John5. Thats why their called "Scum of the Earth" one of zomibes songs and actually Riggs wrote the song. Highly Zombie influced for a great # of reasons. STOP saying its a Rob rip off, there actual Members of White Zombie and Rob Zombie.

  • actually rob zombie has nothing to do with this band riggs the ex guitarist is the lead singer of this band who do you think help wrote the songs for rob zombie duh and i know this because he used to come to the tattoo shop i used to work at

  • My buddy's band is opening for these guys next month in new york. novenber 7th

  • pfff. this is identical to Rob Zombie's solo stuff. yeah i know some of the ex-members are in this band but sheesh, even the vocals are a rip-off. try something original maybe?

  • its not rob zombie, stupid

  • woa so scum of the earth is really a band but excludes Rob Zombie?

  • @bda617, rob zombie is a solo artist that works with ozzy osbourne, i think hes got better things to do than work with this band, and rigs the singe was the guitarist in rob zombies band so thats why it sounds the same

  • It is quite similar... the reason being its actually produced by rob zombie, his musics all the same, hes used to doing porno and horror soundtracks give him a break...

  • hah..the name says it all (rob zombie's song)

  • awesome ;)

  • pimp

  • bad ass song

  • This band is good and sound slike 90's solo Rob. I must say I do much prefer Rob Zombie lately. The sound isn't heavily based on sound and heaviness but rather the writing and experimentation. I'll take 17 Year Locust over this song any day. In my opinion John5 plays circles around Riggs. Only John can play some wicked ass bluegrass shit and then go straight into a metal tune.

  • saw this video last night on public tv. Rob's Zombie's ass must hurt cause these guys bit the shit out of it! sound and style.

  • John5 is cool in all, but when this guy was with Rob Zombie, it was way heavier.

  • I love this song :) I do have to say this is alot more metal than rob zombie. I mean i love rob Zombie, he is like my idol, but riggs just added that more metal sound. And metal is so much more popular these days.

  • cool

  • I personally prefer Rob Zombie with Riggs and Blasko as apposed to Piggy D and John5. John was best in Marilyn Manson. That last Rob Zombie album was awful. American Witch in my opinion is the only song that even remotely sounds like Rob Zombie, the rest is awful.

This stuff Riggs is doing here sounds much better than the last Rob Zombie Album. Rock on RIGGS!

  • Just thought I'd clear up a few misunderstandings I've noticed on here. Riggs played with Rob Zombie, not White Zombie and there is a huge difference." Jay Noel Yuenger played guitar during the White Zombie days. Riggs did not write on HellBilly Deluxe. That was only Rob and Scott Humphrey who actually wrote the music for that album.

  • I thought this was rob zombie!

is this guy what, his ex-guitarrist?

how many albuns do they have? I can't find nothing about them on the wikipedia.

  • yeye riggs from rob zombie

    white zombie drummer ivan deprume

    powerman 5000 bassist

2 albums - sleaze freak and blah blah blah love songs of the new millenium

  • ok, yeah, this is a pretty direct rip off of rob's vocal style. i know riggs was playing for rob, but it's still weird that he'd end up with the same voice. that being said, i thought the song was rather good actually.

  • Let ignorance spew forth.. dude this is why White Zombie sounded like they did ... lol ... this guy was the backbone of White Zombies music...

  • no wonder rob zombie changed his style. its hard in good conscience to continue playing the same when you got this guy ripping off your sound. he's doing the same shit rob zombie has been doing for years.

  • Dude this guy(Riggs) was Zombie's main axe man for years. He wanted to go solo and Zombie was forced to change

  • I understand... But Hes singing just like him... What does that have to do with being his guitar player... He wasnt a part of White Zombie which is the sound I was refering to.

  • love this song

  • This is badass stuff and should get MUCH more attention than its getting.

  • HAHA LOVE this band, my dada's friend plays the drums for it and they got rob zombie's ex-lead guitarist.!!

  • Well you can't say SOtE stole Rob's music.

Listen to Zombies new stuff, God awful. Mike was the heart of all of the music.

  • I don't know if anyone cares, Rob Zombie has what? 1 good song. mynameisdavid92

  • Not really, I like a lot of his old stuff but Riggs wrote a lot of it.

  • This Guy Is A Fucking Clone! I have an idea! Im going to get a band together of nine dudes. Were gonna wear masks and jump suits. Im thinking Ill call the band Pulse of the Maggots. Yes!

  • might seem like hes a clone because a lot of, if not all of, his songs on their first album were originally meant for Rob Zombies sinister urge album. But he declined so they were up for grabs, and decided to put them in his own album.

  • best song

  • Zombie didn't really get robbed, seeing as how the lead guitar/vocals of this band is Mike Riggs, who used to work with Rob for his first two solo albums. Zombie wanted to work on movies and took a break from music, so Riggs formed this group.

  • wow..this should be considered a crime.rob got robbed.

  • Scum of the Earth kicks ass. Old school Zombie style music at it's best. Riggs is the man.

  • wow it's real pig's blood! Mike Freakin Robinson LOL!!

  • It still amuses me how much this video looks like Nine Inch Nails' video for Survivalism

  • HAHA!!! interesting point!

  • Riggs comes in to the convenience store where I work a few times a month (when he's not on the road). He's a totally cool dude, not at all full of himself like you might think rock stars would be. I really don't even listen to much hard rock, the hardest stuff I like is, like, Metallica, System Of A Down and maybe some old Iron Maiden or Judas Priest. Otherwise I'm a Jackson Browne-Steely Dan-Joni Mitchell-Doobie Bros-The Who-Beatles kinda guy. But SOTE fuckin' ROXXX OUTTA THA BOXXX!!!

  • Hell yeah best song in the damn world

  • It really freaks me out how much he resembles and sounds like Rob. I'd swear he was doing it on purpose...and he probably is. But, damn. that's impressive.

  • Most of Scum of the Earth's songs (on their 1st album) were intended to be songs for Rob's "Sinister Urge" but Rob declined to do this song and others (not sure why). That's why they sound similiar they were meant 2 be RZ songs! lol

  • they rock! this song is the shit. i first found out about them while i was at hot topic and store clerkx were givin out Scum of the earth stickerz out.

  • Normally I would roll my eyes at such a blatant imitation of another band, but seeing as Mike worked with Rob for six years, it's understandable.

Plus the music still crunches my bones. Obi Rob has taught you well, young padawan.

  • A bunch of Scum of Earth's songs were songs that Riggs came up for RZ's "Sinister Urge" album, don't no why RZ declined on them lol. That's why they sound so similiar, they were meant to be RZ songs! lol

  • this song makes me speed in my car :P

  • A ticket for you. lol

  • u suck

  • The band is currently made up of Riggs from Rob Zombie on guitar and vox, and Adrian from Powerman 5000 on drums. The band's first CD had John Dolmayan from System of a Down on drums and Mike from Powerman 5000 on guitars - i suppose all those guys are good friends.

  • this song kicks ass. riggs needs to up his voice a little though.

  • what do u mean up his voice ? the quality or the volume?

  • both really. it seems to me that this song is their worst vocally. he doesnt seem into it as much as he should. murder song he was into and was excited to play, this one not so much.

  • yea still good song tho =)

  • Ok, thank you Metal Edge.

  • SOTE and Zombie should do a gig together..
