if i was Bond, and i was in that situation and the lady downstairs was asking "señor, esta usted bien?" ("sir, are you alright?"), i would have responded "si estoy muy bien, gracias :-) " ("yes i'm fine thankyou :-) "). so that she wouldn't call the cops lol (if she was the one that called them)
