Actually, he forgot about tapas when he ment'd that no other culture has a cuisine like dim sum. Haven't had dim sum in a few yrs!

Thank you so much for uploading these. I LOVED watching his cooking shows as a kid. He, along with Jacques Pepin, Martin Yan, and Julia Child, really brought out my love of cooking.
