As long as nobody's making any money from someone else work, it's not piracy. If this were the case, any posts would automatically copyrighted, and illegal unless a disclaimer/waiver is signed by the blogger because of implied copyright. Reading a magazine, or newspaper you didn't get a license for could be an arrestable offense?

The problem is that the media will not say one thing about it. The masses will never know about this issue. This is also the exact same reason why Ron Paul's views on civil rights are being ignored and dismissed by even conservative media. No one wants him in office because not only does he claim he'll cut big government, they KNOW he'll do it because he's been fighting it the entire time he's been in congress! The movie industry will also find out that they will not see more money because what i watch for free isn't something id pay for! Most movies and music these days are pure shit and the Sopa act will only cause the loss of money to the industries. Think of the people who watch movies for free, those people do a lot to influence those around them therefore influencing others to pay to watch that which has been recommended to them!
