so what are you running in your 90 GT, I have a 89 GT and I plan on S2 Springs and stiffer struts motor I'ma do a swap to a 2.0 16valve DOHC.

motor is the stock 1.9l HO with a factory rebuild, 40 over. It has custom headers & a electromotive ignition. shocks are red konis from I think an 80's vw, fronts are custom coilovers. In that video the springs are 350 lb front & 600 rear, this year we changed them to 600 front & 850 rear, made a huge difference. Most of the bushings have been replaced with nylon or polyurethane. Adjustable strut bars front & back. Bigger front sway bar & adjustable rear.

@yeldarbvr4gt dang lol. vw parts on a escort never thought of that. I was thinking of possibly checking out the diffrence in Focus and 1st gen U.S escorts and change out the front suspension to a focus if i was gonna do coil over's since they make them for the focus's. so what rough Hp are you making on the rebuild with it being .40 over?
