  • I got my snap on smile 2 days ago and the teeth are too big, its bulky, huge over bite, it is very loose and worst of all it digs into my gap and hurts my gums! Im so angry over this whole situation and going to make it my goal to warn everybody about this product if I dont get what i paid for! All I wanted was a natural looking & comfortable smile for the holidays. After a month of nightmares wondering how it was going to look and fit, my nightmares came true! Very Unsatisfied with this product

  • I was born with two missing teeth in front so imagine the teasing I have endured through life. I have even lost out on jobs due to my smile. I now have the snap on smile and I finally have to confidence to smile without going out of my way to hide my teeth. They DO look real. They DO take a few days to get used to. Make sure the shade you choose isn't too bright so that it will look more natural. They look especially good on those who have luscious lips. I hope this helps.

  • on here they try their best to make them for the commercials to look nice but they dont try like that on yours

  • so in other words other than being so uncomfortable, and i wear invisalign for years which didnt bother me, people everytime would say even strangers "uhm what is that, what wrong with your teeth/mouth. one ask if they were all denchers ahhhhhhhh

  • furthermore food gets stuck in them with ever bite its nasty and at a dinner oh my god it was the worst.they dont make them thin.imagine about a full mm. of plastic placed on top of your real teeth.when talking u might spit because of saliava getting in the plastic and setteling yuck. and at the top of the plastic smile on the edge you can see black like a old person old dental implant u know a space. this product is not good at all and im sure will have a class action lawsuit agaisnt them soon

  • you can not eat with it. it does not feel natural.and they in person do not look real. unless youre broke and have an extremely small teeth problem this will make your teeth look like jim carey from the movie the mask. i have been ripped off and they will not refund. oh you will not get it in 2 weeks lol and they must cost to ake like couple dollars. they are plastic crappy and uncomfortable. its like my upper lip gets stuck to the top teeth like a squirel. its a mission to talk. just terrible

  • This is the funniest weirdest sell I have ever seen. Soon every woman will wear a skinny waist thing a booty pop a snap on smile a push up bra fake nails hair extensions and make up. They are making cheap imitations of real plastic surgery

  • @Revolution2pointO

I don't plan on buying this product, but you should understand it's not about just "looking pretty" or having exaggerated features. I assume you have nice teeth. Many people do not, and for those people it can be debilitating. Not being able to smile when you want or having to change the way you speak just to hide your teeth is extremely stressful. These people can't express themselves freely in social situations, in their careers, etc. It affects EVERY aspect of life.

  • @Revolution2pointO Because hardly anyone can afford the real deal any more. LOL ! I had Snap-On Smile for almost a year now. And though I would like dental implants, SOS is a nice, cheaper alternative until I can afford it. Implants can be troublesome too for some people who have them.

  • Snap on Smile is now available in Gold Coast, Australia.

  • I did a poor man's copywrite on this 5 years ago...ugggg

  • i found other websites just like the snap on smile without going to the dentist . it cost about 500 dollars, can't type the name of the website, always saying error in the comment box... I wonder why

  • @cba1307 its prees on veneers

  • Thease are absolutley a waste fo your miney. I was able to get my dentist to refund my money. They look like costume teeth and feel like you have chewing tobacco in both your lips. It creates a 'lisp'. Avoid this product unless you have really really small teeth. Poor quality all the way around.

  • @spiritualpresencenow Well I must say the snapon teeth are not for everyone... but if you want beautiful looking teeth. This is the product for you.. I will say it is not for people with small lips... also pulling a teeth could also give you a lisp... but the product is wonderful... I love mine..

  • how about people just brush their fuckin teeth

  • @rowdyrob17 YOU DONT NEED TO MAKE COMMENTS LIKE THAT YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THE SITUATION IS TO WHY THEY NEED THIS. YOU MAY BE ONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE PRETTY TEETH BUT THAT DONT MEAN YOU CAN BE AN ASS AND MAKE UNCALL FOR COMMENTS. KEEP THEM TO YOURSELF!!!!!

  • @kyjulip Ok. If you are going to bitch at somebody, atleast least use proper gramar and punctuation. That way you don't look like a fucking idiot.

  • i got these they gave me beautiful theeth that did not fit right then they got them to fit and they were yellow like i drank coffee for twenty years

  • Dear Dr., What is the least amount of teeth needed to be eligible for the snap on smile?

  • I'm not a dentist, but I think Non-Prep-Veneers like "Lumineers" are a better choice!!!!

  • now those look real

  • RICH MAN

  • All I can say is that I looked into both products. My job requires me to look nice, my conscious requires me to look natural. I chose the snap on smile and I am VERY satisfied.

I don't have the time or energy to get involved in all the 'negatives' .

I'm only talking to those who are seriously trying to decide on what to do for a poor or embarrasing smile. I hope this is helpful to someone.

  • I dont know whats the "REAL DEAL" with these, but I will say I noticed this. DrBukk is obviously ridiculous if he needs to come here & personally attack his competition like this. I thought he was a reputable business until I viewed his post. Now I think he's a 3rd grader. Also coachj57 & phillygirl19125 are saying bad things about these but both signed up on the same day? What are the odds 2 people that dont know eachother both sign up for youtube August 30, 2008 & both hate SnapOnSmile?

  • Ok, after researching this for Several hours I've come to find there are Lots of videos of people happy with their snap on smiles and who are talking clearly. On the other hand I can NOT find ONE video of somebody who is unhappy with them. All I see are these made up youtube accounts of "People" who claim they look terrible. Every video I see of people with them they look Great on them. And the people are extremely happy in the vids.

  • @sn1zzo LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

  • i can can dim

  • would you be able to sing with them in?

  • I've been reading some comments that say the Snap on Smile was like having horse teeth. I have really short, ground down teeth and it did take getting used to. They did SUCK for the first two days but if you work with them, they're awesome. I felt like my teeth were HUGE at first, but I have had small teeth my whole life and my friends think they're awesome.

And I can eat and talk with them, no problem, but it took practice.

  • The Snap on Smile looks AMAZING. I have really gross teeth and I am getting a full mouth restoration (for $30,000) and have these for immediate effect. I only have the top ones. If anyone wants to see before and after pictures I could send some.

I paid $1500 plus dentist fees for taking the impressions and it took about two weeks to get them.

And you can eat with them too! I have to avoid bananas though, the suction pulls them right off.

  • hey check out glam smile veneers for like 1500.00 to 2000.00 dollars

  • The Snap On Smile is the best thing I ever invested my money in. I got one for my top teeth while I'm waiting for implant roots to heel so I can get a whole mouth restoration. It took a while to get used to speaking properly but now it's fine (except for saying 'S' while laughing, then I sound retarded). But it totally changed my life, almost as much as the full mouth restoration will!

  • Cool How much do they cost???

  • yes it's a good if not best alternative to a flipper. but ridiculously expensive yet cheap and easy to make. scammers charge too much. the only thing it enhances is dentists' wallets

  • so you hate your obviously ?? WHY

  • hate my... snap on teeth? i never got them. to me something that's cheaper and easier to make than a regular acrylic flipper is worth no more than $250, cast consult included. i only needed a temp while healing.

  • dr bukk bite my ass. i bought your product for an event and it was awfil. so fake looking. your product was the same as buying halloween teeth. way thick and it was awful......i knw you dr.bukk and bukk is right if you want fake bukk teeth your the man. ever see jim carrey in the mask! that's what they look like!

  • The Imako Teeth are guaranteed. Anyone unhappy can return the product (unlike the Snap on Smile), so I suspect you are a competitor. I have an A+ rating with the BBB.

  • i think there are variations in materials used. the snap on lab in new york uses "proprietary" acrylic. some labs use some other cheaper material. i got quotes 750 to 3500 for either upper or lower.

  • If you search Imako and go to the bottom of the "how they work" page, you will see a side by side photo of the Snap on Smile and the Imako product. The Snap on Smile is like a bleaching tray and impedes bite closure. My dentist says it could cause TMJ. You have no difficulty closing your bite with my device and thus, can speak perfectly.

  • i need a lab to send me alginate and trays. i'll take impression, send it back. seriously want to avoid dentists. acrylic, false teeth, a few hooks. keep it under $100.

  • Why don't you take a look at my product? No trays, no dentist, cost is $49.95. Imako Cosmetic Teeth.

  • won't work for me, need to keep teeth from shifting and relieve pressure on gum, can only use hard acrylic.

  • @DrBukk OMG Thank You SOOOO MUCH!!! I been researching these Snap On Teeth for the last 2 days and was about to take the plung until I seen you introduce your product! :D I just checked out your web-site, and for $49.99 I think yours look no different and just as good as Snap on Teeth, and are WAAY CHEAPER!!! My orders in before I sleep, Thanks much! :)

  • @EtherMagic HAHAHAHA, that's $49.99 FIRST installment!!!!

What about the rest? I hear they start at around $2500!!!

  • @airbendermusic That's all actually.

  • LOL

  • I think you may be right Dr Bukk, either that or she ordered the large sized set in 'bleached' shade. When it comes to beauty and its enhancements, subtlety is the key to success.

  • @amissaudrey I don't who done yours. but I got mine last week .. it looks like I paid $20,000.00 for a mouth full of crowns.. I would buy them again tomorrow..

  • @carlos13171 how much did it really cost

  • @amissaudrey

Hey thats awsome, I Want to try this!!

  • @amissaudrey LMAOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

  • @amissaudrey they sure do im a moron for flling for this

  • I wonder what can we do about this because is just not fair that he continues to do this. iIam seriously thinking about calling a TV news and accuse him of ripping people off! he won't give anybody their money back and is not fair!

  • snap on teeth dont work???

  • Thats my cousin boss Lol

  • Okay Dr Bukk- I'm going to give you a try. I'll send you a seperate meesage

Phillygirl -I almost cried too when I got mine. I hated them and they just sit in the holder in my office. It was the WORST thing I've ever purchased!!!By FAR!!! I'm running out of options and money!

  • Dont waste your money! I got mine today and i almost cried! They look so fake and they are so bulky and i paid 800.00 for a fake piece of plastic! This Is a big rip off!

  • Are you talking about the snap on teeth look fake ???

  • Don't waste your money, I wasted $2,700 for upper and lower. I look like Mr. Ed, can't speak correctly (like Mr. Ed with a bit in his mouth), are uncomfortable and feel like you have a mouth full of plastic play teeth.

As usual, advertising that doesn't come through on the promise.

  • you paid 2,450 more than this POS is worth, cast/consult included.

  • I totally agree with ilianexy. I got the upper unit last year- the teeth are extremely bulky. They make you look like Fire Marshall Bill (Jim Carey's character on in Living Color). I was hoping that this would be a good option but- they have many more kinks to work out.

  • I am glad I am not the only one to have issues.

  • Hey whats wrong with snap on teeth?

  • everything

  • My product, Imako Cosmetic Teeth® is making more than 25,000 people very happy. It is only $50. Sorry you wasted so much money! No dental visit required.

  • I want him to show someone talking and eating with the snap on smile, is impossible! He is a really nice dentist with a great idea, is just not ready for the market yet, because is useless, mine is in the drawer for almost a year with no use. I know he will have lots of patients complaining. I will uplaoad my video with them so u can see what I am talking about!

  • I would love to see that video! Please have a look at Imako Cosmetic Teeth® which DO NOT prevent closing your bite and allow you to speak perfectly. No dental visit required.

  • I have them. Cost me $1,500. They are molded plastic, painful because is really tight, you cannot speak at all, you cannot eat anything with them, they did 3 impressions to get it right none worked. They look very unnatural and gigantic, just ridiculous. I want my money back!

  • Marc Mordecai Liechtung a/k/a Mordecai Marc Liechtung, Brooklyn, NY

Profession: Dentist; Lic. No. 040754; Cal. No. 14494

Regents Action Date: December 16, 1994

Action: Censure and Reprimand, $2,500 fine.

Summary: Licensee did not contest charges of submitting an insurance claim form for payment indicating that porcelain with gold crowns had been placed on four teeth of a patient when only porcelain laminates had been placed on the teeth.

  • My daughter is also a NY model and has them on all the time.

The new design is great, eat, talk, just do anything and no going to know but the person with them. You get a $30,000 smile for around $1300 dollars and you keep the $28,000 dollars in your bank. I also know a lot of people in the media have them. It will change your life and your smile.

  • Since Dr. Bukk, above, has his own competing dental appliance company (IMAKO cosmetic teeth), his comment may be less than credible. I have none of these products, but find them intriguing - more than that, can't say, as this is clearly a marketing video.

  • Yes I market a product for $50 called Imako Cosmetic Teeth, which is only for the uppers. No need to see a dentist, either.

  • I have been useing your product for a few weeks. I am fron new Zealand, it a few weeks for them to get here. But now that i use them, i will never use anything else.

  • what's it made of?

  • The Imako teeth are made with two layers. Up front is an elastomer (mix of rubber and plastic) and the back layer is a low melt thermoplastic.

  • as long as it's not toxic...but, i just got home from another dentist or 5, and i wish there was something on the market like "avoid-the-dentist" or Imako, but also more like a combination of "invisaline" and "snap-on smile", which is strong enough to keep teeth from shifting, can be used like a retainer, can be done at home with alginate and trays. i've found one lab on the web but contact and about links are dead. dentists hate when they get "avoided".

  • I noticed the assistant didn't say anything. How could anyone talk with that in their mouth? Does the ADA approve of this?

  • I noticed the assistant didn't say anything. How could anyone talk with that in their mouth? Does the ADA approve of this?- Do you really think the ADA cares? They are only interested in pushing their self serving agendas and fighting the Denturist movement. Examine Teeth are a part of digestive system- Re: Shortage of dental professionals on US, News discussion forum and youll see what Im talking about.

    Cybercorrespondent.

  • The ADA suppresses Denturists and Hygienists, and unlike the AMA, will not allow foreign trained dentists to practice in the United States. That is why a restoration costs about $20,000. I hear sad stories every day. The Ga. Board tried to stop me but I beat them. Search "cosmetic teeth" before purchasing the Snap in Smile.

  • dentistry is not affordable in the states because of ridiculously high fees greedy dentists charge, all because ADA doesn't allow foreign licenses? i don't think so. some areas are so saturated with dentists there are now more dental offices than food places. despite competition it doesn't get any cheaper. same goes for medicine, legal services, car repair. allow foreign licenses in the states and you get worse than 3rd world dentistry.

  • Imagine-greedy SOBs think their fees should pay for the $30,000 x-ray, $110,000 Cerec, $35,000 tx rooms, $1,000 handpieces, x-ray, sink, & property taxes, the multiple licenses, insurances, six figure leasehold, employment comp, payroll, matching fica and on and on and on and on after eight years of gawd awful expensive school & leave something for themselves. How rude of them! They should go get a another job so you can get dentistry for free! After all, you "deserve" it.

  • you're one of them. who said "free"??? i said not affordable. is it only the dentists' fault? no. its the government. some dentists charge 50-300% more than others, regardless of location. is it my problem schools, rent, malpractice, equipment are expensive? i don't regulate healthcare. tell it to the government. in some first world European countries people do get free dental care.

  • This Dr. Liechtung seems to be a real scambeg and should be avoided like the plague.

  • My daughter is a model in New York City. She uses this product and it made a great Changed to her career.

At the end of one photo shoot she showed the stylist and make up person the SNAP ONS and the said "Holly shit every model should have these. They are virtually undetectable.

A 30 thousand dollar smile for a fraction of the price.

  • ok,,,,, ok.... ur ridiculous!

  • Great idea but it needs better sound

  • I agree

  • Even for those of us who just want whiter teeth, but who don't want to pay a fortune for that benefit (yet) I can see how useful this approach is!
