all you have to do to get one new is buy it from an online shop based in the far east (usually hong kong). they still sell the ksc and we glock 17 and 18 over there, my friend just bought one this way :)

@choloslap23 they don't make this anymore. Glock got pissed that kwa used their design. So now they have the atp, which is as close to a glock as they could get. But if you want a full auto pistol, the ATp 18c is coming out soon!

No, you can't. A civilian can own a fully automatic weapon with an NFA license, tax stamp, and background check, but the NFA-register was closed to fully automatic weapons in 1986, meaning private citizens cannot purchase or possess full-autos produced after 1986, which the Glock 18 was.
