Hey...in my experiences of 60 some yrs (alot of them w/cat behavior) this signifies that , perhaps, these 2 kitties are feeling safe/relaxed enough to expose their under-bellies. I LOVE the FELINES as a domesticated animal...PALS, they are PALS :-)) PEACE
