I FIGURED OUT THE REASON IT DOESNT PLAY TWICE!!!

Basically, the youtube video glitch makes all videos ONE less second than they are once they end. This video is a nanosecond, therefore one less second would be negative time, which isn't possible and allowed by youtubes coding and therefore crashes the video player!
