libertarian socialism, is theoretically not.. no significant hierarchy, no state, and no absolute sense of property (you would however be entitled to the means of production however)
libertarian socialists would argue that wage slavery exists already in a capitalist system and this is unacceptable, and in an anarcho capitalist system you could in fact sell yourself into slavery.

Thank god for people like Ron Paul. I don't see how he does it. I get pissed off just talking to my family. They think everything that's worth knowing in this world comes from Corporate Media!!!! They desperatley cling to their ideas and fill up with HOPE when they hear obama prapaganda. Then they reationalize the rest. They tell themselves that the U.S. is great and everything is O.K. because we're so wonderful in the world. Dr. Paul is the man for stickin with it and not compromising!!!!

It makes him appear more Mr Rogers than Mr President. The Cult of the Presidency is why we forget the rights and freedom violations of Washington, Lincoln, FDR and other so-called great presidents.

I just saw the rating go from 435 to undefined as i was watching the video. The funny part was that that the rating was 435, but the views only show 301.

Its just a type of psychology. You make the video seem unpopular, and thus, the ideas in the video appear to be unpopular. You can pretty much see this kind of thing with just about every video that is against Obama or the Fed or whatever.

Either the C4L got a new camera, or some new video editing software. Either way, the weird orange color shift is gone, and so are the strange digital compression artifacts with the blocky false colors. MUCH nicer. Well done.

His past answers have indicated getting the government OUT of the equation and letting the market decide.
Elective medical stuff like LASIK and cosmetic surgeries get cheaper and cheaper while all the "needed health care" gets more and more expensive.
The government is involved on all levels of health care, much more so than folks realize.

Ron Paul has an amazing ability to take a silly issue like Obama speaking to kids and relate to a much more serious and important issue like federal government involvement in education. Even in Canada (so called socialist paradise by some neo conservatives), we have no federal Ministry of Education. Education is controlled almost exclusively by the provinces and the education varies highly from province to province. Compare Canada to the United States in education stats. Who's doing it better?
